Iain Mackenzie Medical Plaza

Iain Mackenzie Medical Plaza is a new destination healthcare campus in York, Penn. Located at 2050 South Queen Street at the former Blazenet site, the 7.3 acre project will include Brookeside Surgical Arts at York, a cutting edge Ambulatory Surgery Facility.

The plaza includes three medical buildings, the first of which houses 8,100 square feet of medical office space plus an additional 16,500 square feet for the Ambulatory Surgery Facility. The plaza is intended to bring together existing and needed services in one convenient location for residents. The namesake of the project, Dr. Iain Mackenzie, is a long-time area physician and was one of the first gastroenterologists in the area. Now retired, he founded Digestive Disease Center which is among the first committed tenants at the new medical plaza.

Brookeside Surgical Arts at York is a new concept in physician-owned outpatient facilities.
